On 8/27/2022 the suspect crashed his vehicle and left the scene. He returned to the scene when deputies were investigating the crash. Deputies noticed signs of impairment. SFST's were administered and signs of impairment were observed. The driver was placed into custody and agreed to chemical testing. The driver tested more than double the legal limit.

On 8/25/22 Pojoaque Officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding. SFSO was requested as the suspect was non native and was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. SFST's were administered and the suspect was found to be impaired. The suspect was read NM implied consent advisory and refused chemical (breath) testing. The suspect was booked into ADC without incident.
