Arrested: Felicia Eustace (38 YOF)

On Friday, June 3rd, 2022, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle with suspended registration. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver consented to field sobriety tests and clues were observed. She was subsequently placed under arrest and she agreed to chemical testing. She later provided a breath sample that showed an alcohol level about the legal limit. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Sri Mangalvedhe, 32-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M. and Lawrence Montoya, 38-year-old male from Espanola N.M.

On 6/3/22 the above inmates battered another inmate at ADC. They were rebooked into ADC on one count of battery each.

The victim reported someone entered their shed on 6-2-22 between 8:00am and 1:00pm. The suspect stole several power tools.

Reporting party stated on June 2, 2022 between 8AM-1PM someone entered his shed and took several electric tools. Reporting Party stated he possibly knows who may have taken his items, but did not want to provide a name.

Suspect was arrested on an active warrant. During the search incident to arrest, narcotics were located on his person. Suspect was booked accordingly.
