Deputies made contact with the victim who stated an unknown person had taken the above property from their residence. The incident occurred sometime between January 12 to January 15, 2023. No suspects at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a male subject who wanted to turn himself in for a warrant. Deputies made contact and it was discovered the above subject did in fact have an active arrest warrant. Subject was placed into custody, transported to jail, and booked accordingly. Original Charges for Warrant: Aggravated fleeing from law enforcement and reckless driving.

Pojoaque Police Department conducted a traffic stop on the above subject. Upon contact the driver appeared to be under the influence of an intoxicant. Deputies were then dispatched to the scene due to the subject being non-native. Deputies conducted field sobriety tests in which the subject preformed poorly. Subject provided a breath sample. Subject was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into jail.

Deputies conducted a welfare check at the above location. During their interaction it was learned the above suspect had two warrants for his arrest. Subject was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked without incident. On Sunday, January 5, 2023, deputies assisted Pojoaque PD who located a stolen vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle was confirmed to be stolen. During the course of the investigation, the above male was identified as being in possession of the vehicle. He was placed under arrest without incident. He was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked accordingly.
