Suspect drove intoxicated with children in the vehicle and battered his girlfriend. He was located by deputies and placed under arrest. He refused a breath test.

Pojoaque Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Signs of intoxication were observed they requested the sheriff's office and the driver was arrested for DUI. Breath sample was .13/.13

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and it was discovered he was revoked due to a DUI. He was arrested and found in possession of heroin.

On Wednesday, June 30th 2021, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was found that the above suspect had thrown a can at the victim. The suspect also attempted to stop the victim from calling 911. He was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Mr. Bohman was stopped by Pojoaque PD. Mr. Bohman had odor of alcohol on his breath and open containers in the vehicle. Deputy Ward arrived and conducted SFSTs. Mr. Bohman showed signs of impairment. Mr. Bohman had a BRAC of 0.14 and 0.14 g/210L. Mr. Bohman was booked into SFADC.

On Wednesday, June 30th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim. The victim advised the above suspect raised a brick at him during a verbal argument. This caused the victim to be in fear of an immediate battery. The suspect was later placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. There, he was booked on a single charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Deputies responded to above address in reference to a burglary. The above listed firearm was stolen.

Location: Area of Entrada La Cienaga and Camino Capiella Vieja
Deputies responded to the above address for a domestic. The suspect struck the victim with I metal pipe. The victim sustained two black eyes, a broken nose and had marks of strangulation on her neck. The suspect took the victim’s phone and broke it so she could not call for help. The suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver call. Deputies located the vehicle and later found the driver to be impaired. The driver refused chemical testing and was later booked into ADC for DWI and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
