Deputy dispatched to above address in reference to their vehicle being broken into. It was discovered at approximately 5:50am a suspicious male had stolen multiple hand tools from the above listed vehicle from an unlocked passenger door.
Deputy was unable to obtain finger prints. Surveillance footage will be submitted of a suspicious male inside the vehicle.

On 7-9-2022 at about 7:19 p.m., Sgt. Cullison observed a traffic infraction of no passing zone and speeding on Santa Fe County Road 42. This traffic stop yielded an arrest for "Driving on a Revoked License". Jonathan David Torres was operating a motorcycle without an interlock device. Torres was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

Deputies responded to the above address. Pojoaque PD received a hit on a license plate reader located at the casino for a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was located in the parking lot.
The above named suspect was driving the vehicle and placed under arrest.
He was booked into Santa Fe ADC for the above charges.

On above date, the subject was involved in a single motor vehicle collision. Suspect drove into a guardrail at mm 288 and Interstate 25. After speaking with the individual Deputy observed some signs of impairment. Suspect refused Standardized Sobriety fields tests and chemical testing. Driver was arrested and booked.
