Victim: 43 YO Female

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a 43 year old female, not conscious and not breathing. Life saving measures were taken by Deputies and medics, but were unsuccessful. OMI arrived on scene and the case is under investigation.

Suspect: Unknown

On Tuesday, March 15th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm on 03-15-2022, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into a residence and stole a TV and a Blue Ray player. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 100 Block of Calle Agua Clara, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: CD

On Tuesday, March 15th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies were advised unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into a vehicle and stole the above mentioned item. This crime occurred between 6:00 pm on 03-14-2022 and 10:00 am on 03-15-2022. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Tony Junior Dominguez 62 yoa Santa Fe NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a disorderly conduct incident involving a landlord and tenant. On scene, suspect refused to provide correct personal information, when asked. An investigation resulted in determining the true identity of the suspect, who had two warrants. Suspect was booked on warrants and for concealing identity.

2022001677, Possession of a controlled substance,3-14-2022

Arrested: Marco Aguirre    38 yoa Santa Fe NM

Deputy responded above location in reference to a narcotic violation.  Above subject was found in possession of fentanyl.  Subject was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Victim: 23 year old female

Suspect: Joshua Cde Baca 25 Santa Fe NM

Suspect battered the victim while pulled over on the side of the interstate. He was located by deputies and placed under arrest. He was booked.

 

2022001630/Agg Fleeing, Possession, Suspended DL/3-12-2022

Location: 4800 Block of Beckner Rd, Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Eduardo Romero

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an intoxicated male subject parked in the parking lot. The above subject led them on a pursuit to the vicinity of C De Baca/Hopewell St. A short foot pursuit ensued and the subject was located at #1731 2ndSt and was apprehended. The above subject was found in possession a controlled substance (Crack cocaine), had a suspended driver license and no registration.

2022001628/False Imprisonment, Interference tele/3-12-2022

Location: 600 Block of Chavez Place, Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Joel D. Perez

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a suicidal male subject. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect stabbed himself multiple times in the abdominal area and would not drop the knife. The suspect was later tased and transported to St. Vincent Hospital. After interviewing the victim, it was the learned the suspect took the victim’s phone as she was attempting to call 911.The suspect also grabbed the victim’s arms and did not let her exit the bathroom. Due to the suspect having to get emergency surgery for the stab wounds, a criminal summons was issued for the above charges.

Victim: Joseph D. Jackson

Deputies were dispatched to a victim with a gunshot wound to the head. An investigation determined it was the wound was self inflicted. OMI was contacted and no suspicious activity was observed. Next of kin were notified.

On the above date the suspect was called in a reckless driver. Deputies stopped the vehicle and later found the driver/suspect to be impaired. Implied consent was agreed to and the suspected tested above the legal limit.
