On 12-17-22, Deputy Blea responded to the above reference to a non-native male with narcotics. Wagoner was found with Fentanyl and Xanax on his person. Wagoner was booked into the Santa Fe County adult Detention Center on the above charges.

ARRESTEE: JOSE ROYBAL-46-YEAR-OLD H/F/ SANTA FE RESIDENT
On 12-17-2022, Deputy L. Martinez and Deputy encountered Jose Roybal on a disturbance call. Roybal had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During their attempt to place Roybal in custody, he actively resisted arrest. Roybal was taken into custody. The warrant was served and Roybal was booked on the charge of resisting arrest.

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the county jail in reference to a male who had an active arrest warrant. The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for his arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant (original charges-Alcohol in unlicensed places and Public indecency)

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF PASEO REAL SANTA FE COUNTY
DECEASED: 62-YEAR-OLD SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT
On 12-15-2022, Deputy Leonard Martinez responded to a residence, to find the resident deceased. There are no signs of foul play in this death. The investigation was turned over to the OMI (Office of Medical Investigator).
Case#2022007223/Criminal Damage to Property & Larceny/ 12-15-22

Location: 2300 Blck of Casa Rufina Rd., Santa Fe County, NM
Stolen: Two catalytic converters
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival, it was learned that sometime between December 14 and 15, 2022, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully removed two catalytic converters from two separate vehicles parked at the location. The victim stated the suspects caused damage to the vehicles during the course of the thefts. This case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the aforementioned location in reference to a male not breathing. Upon arrival no obvious signs of life were found. OMI was called. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies responded to a male, not conscious, not breathing. Based on deputies investigation there were no signs of foul play. OMI responded and took over the investigation.

On 12-14-22, Deputies responded to location in reference to a stolen vehicle. Vehicle was taken from the driveway while victim was inside the residence. No suspect information is known at this time. The case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the aforementioned location in reference to a female not breathing. Upon arrival no obvious signs of life were found. OMI was called no signs of foul play were observed.

Suspect: Luis Mendoza Gomez, 24 yoa male, Santa Fe.
On the above list date Deputies responded to a narcotics violation call at 30 Buffalo Thunder. Upon arrival the above listed was found to be in possession of cocaine and charged accordingly.
