Victim: Christopher Leyba
Victim stated he was driving west on NM84 when a gray Chevy Silverado pulled up next to him and signaled he wanted to race. Victim waived off the vehicle indicating he did not want to race. The vehicle then pulled up next to him, flipped him off, threw a beer bottle at him and veered into him running him off the road. Victim suffered minor injuries to his arm and leg.

Victim: Victoria Chen
Deputy dispatched to the trailhead near rabbit road. Victim had her vehicle broken into between 2-4pm. No merchandise or property was taken.Multiple piles of glass were observed in the parking lot, possibly from other break ins.

Deputies responded to a male not conscious and not breathing, near the tunnels under I-25 by MM 276. Multiple doses of Narcan were administered. Santa Fe County medics declared the male victim beyond medical help. OMI conducted an investigation and concluded that no signs of suspicious activity occurred.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An investigation determined that suspects made entry through an unlocked door and took several items out of the car for a total value of approximately $229.00.

Victim stated between 03/02/2022- 03/05/2022 unknown suspects gained entry to her vehicle in an unknown way and stole her firearm. The firearm is a Berretta Tomcat .32 Auto silver and black in color. Firearm was entered into NCIC. .

Victim: 52 year old male Santa Fe NM
Location: 1600 block Paseo de Peralta Santa Fe NM
On March 4thapproximately 10:23 PM an individual threw a rock at a window on the east side of the building. The rock broke the window, but did not break through the window. When speaking with the victim who is the facilities manager of the building, he advised that while looking at his security footage he observed a male dressed in all black throw a rock at the building. Due to video quality I was unable to get any suspect information. The victim advised that it would cost approximately $2000,00 to repair the window.
2022001373/ POSSESSION OF A FIREARM OR DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE BY A FELON

LOCATION: CERRILLOS RD & CAMINO DE LOS ARROYOS, CITY OF SANTA FE, NM
ARRESTEE: LEONARD RAY VIGIL, 27-YEAR OLD HISPANIC MALE FROM LAS VEGAS, NM.
On 3-5-2022 RECC dispatched deputies to the area above in reference to possible road rage incident. It was learned the above subject was involved in a road rage incident, where he waved a handgun at the victim. The victim saw the subject park his vehicle in a nearby business, where deputies found the subject sitting in the parked vehicle. The subject was found to have an Israel Arms pistol in a 45 ACP in his possession. The subject was found to be a convicted felon.

Location: 100 Block of Lamy Trail, Santa Fe County, NM
Suspect: Rhiannon Doughman
Deputies were dispatched to the location in regards to an assault. Upon arrival an investigation revealed the granddaughter battered her grandmother in a fit of rage. Physical evidence was observed at which time the offender was placed under arrest. While attempting to take the offender into custody she resisted arrest. Subject was booked without incident.
