On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 deputies responded to the above location for a report of damaged property. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown persons damaged a vehicle's windows while it was parked. This case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, deputies were patrolling the above intersection when they observed a vehicle fail to stop for a stop sign. Upon making contact with the driver, it was determined that her license was revoked, due to a previous DWI. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

ARRESTEE: JOSHUA DANIEL DANFIELD- 26-YEAR-OLD, W/M, ALBUQUERQUE, NM RESIDENT.
On 8-17-22 at about 11: 45 a.m., Deputy Lopez responded to the above area reference to a suspicious vehicle in the area. During the course of his investigation, Deputy Lopez located Joshua Daniel Danfield operating a motor vehicle matching the description of the suspicious vehicle. Deputy Lopez's investigation yielded the arrest of Joshua Daniel Danfield for Aggravated DWI (refusal), after he observed signs of impairment shown by Joshua Daniel Danfield.
Joshua Daniel Danfield was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported a verbal altercation occurred between he and his son. The argument became physical, when his son throw him out of his wheelchair and drug him in the kitchen. Suspect then started throwing and breaking various objects in the kitchen. The suspect then started hitting the victim’s prostatic leg on the floor breaking part of it.
Suspect was arrest and booked, suspect was also on supervised probation and was additionally booked for a probation violation.

Subject was located at a suspicious persons call. She was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was arrested and during a search incident to her arrest, she was found to be in possession of heroin and methamphetamine. She was booked into SFADC without further incident.
