Deputies attempted a TRO service on an individual who had outstanding warrants. Above listed male was positively identified in a RV camper. The individual came to the front screen door and refused to come out. Deputies breached the front screen door at which point the individual surrendered himself. After being arrested, the individual was found to be in possession of cocaine.
The male was transported to SFADF and booked accordingly

Arrested: Jose Garcia, 43-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-30-21 Tesuque Police observed Mr. Garcia fail to stop at a stop sign on 84/285 exit and Tesuque Road. They attempted a traffic stop and Mr. Garcia evaded them through the casino parking lot for a short period of time, before driving to a dead end on the north side of the property. He was detained and a plastic bag containing 51 Oxycodone pills was located on his person. The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene and placed Mr. Garcia under arrest.

Deputies responded to above address in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Victim attempted to turn her vehicle on the morning of December 29, 2021 and realized the catalytic converter had been taken. Victim advised the catalytic converter was taken between December 20, 2021 through December 29, 2021. No suspect information at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on vehicle for suspended/expired registration. Driver found to have revoked license with the arrest clause due to previous DWI. Driver had no valid proof of insurance. Driver booked into ADF accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned address in reference to a stolen vehicle. Victim advised that she gave the vehicle to her son who in turn gave it to a friend to drive to a garage. The friend never returned the vehicle. This is an ongoing investigation. Vehicle has been entered into NCIC as stolen.

DECEASED: HISPANIC FEMALE- 28-YEAR OLD RESIDENT OF SANTA FE COUNTY, ESPANOLA, NM
On 12-28-2021 after a night of drinking alcoholic beverages, a boyfriend and girlfriend got into a verbal domestic arguement. During the early morning hours, the female retreated to a back room and obtained a firearm. For unknown reasons, the female took her life with the firearm. This case is still under investigation.
