Location: Monte Vista Feed located off Agua Fria Street

Stolen: 2001 Ford F-350 Power Stroke  dually truck.  Blue over gold with a black flat bed and headache rack.

Stolen: 2020 Coachman Toyhauler Camper.  White in color Freedom Express model.

On 9-27-20 the victim reported the above mentioned vehicles were stolen from the property of Monte Vista Feed. A lock was cut to gain access to the property.  The case is under investigation.

Suspect was observed driving. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly

Victim: 85 YO male

Location: 500 Block of NM 76 Chimayo NM

The above listed suspect is believed to have made entry into the residence and stole several items before leaving the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

Unknown suspects made entry into the home damaging the property and rummaging through it.

Pojoaque PD requested assistance for an intoxicated person who admitted to driving. SFSTS were administered and suspect was arrested and booked.

Victim: 31 year old male

suspect: Unknown 

Party advised that vehicle broke down near La Cienega exit.

Owner advised he left the vehicle there. 

When he went to go pick up the vehicle today he found it missing


2020011211/Driving While License is Revoked/09-21-2020

Location: NM 76/La Puebla Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Francisco Palomino-Ledezma, 29 YOM

On Monday, September 21st, 2020, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle passing other vehicles in a no passing zone.  A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned the above subject had an invalid-revoked NM driver's license. Furthermore, the NM driver's license return showed the revocation was from a previous DWI. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Once there, he was booked without incident.

Arrested: Amanda Schottmuller, 37 YOF

On Monday, September 21st, 2020, deputies responded to the above location for an inmate who had an active arrest warrant out of the Catron County Magistrate Court. Contact was made with the inmate and the arrest warrant was confirmed. The inmate was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, September 21st, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence.  The victim advised nothing was taken, but personal belongings had been scattered around. This occurred between 8:00 am and 2:40 pm on 09-21-2020. Suspect information is pending and this incident remains under investigation.
