Arrested: Nicholas Zamora, 28 YOM, Pojoaque, NM
Charges: Battery Upon a Peace Officer, Battery Upon a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member and Resisting/Evading or Obstructing an Officer.
On Wednesday, October 27th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined that the above suspect had battered a household member and had damaged some property. When deputies went to arrest the suspect, he resisted and battered a deputy by kicking him. The suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Phillip Roybal
On the above date the suspects vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. It was learned through an MVD check that the driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause attached. The suspect was arrested and booked into ADC without incident.

Arrested: Alysia Baca 31 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was learned above subject punched and scratched her husband and pulled her daughters hairs who is under the age of 18. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Suspect: Monique Ortiz
On the above date the suspect battered two family members. After deputies completed an investigation it was determined the suspect was the main aggressor and was arrested. The suspect was later booked without incident into ADC.
2021008004, DWI 4th offense,10-24-2021

Arrested: Larry J. Franco 58 yoa, Texas
Charges: Aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (2 Counts), Possession of controlled substance
Deputies were dispatched to a road rage incident. Deputies located above subject and he showed signs of intoxication. Subject refused SFST's and was patted down and Deputies located a controlled substance. During the course of the investigation, Deputies learned above subject struck two individuals with his vehicle during the road rage incident whom both individuals sustained minor injuries. A search warrants was issued and executed. subject was charged and booked at ADC.

Location: Abanico Rd, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado area)
Deceased: 90 year old female
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a female who was not conscious and not responsive. Caretaker advised she last saw the deceased approximately two weeks ago. Deceased suffered from medical issues. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Suspect: Dennis Roybal
Deputies topped the above suspect for a traffic violation. Deputies observed signs of impairment and later arrested the suspect. The suspects license was also revoked with an arrest clause. The suspect admitted using narcotics. The suspect agreed to chemical testing.The suspect was later booked without incident.

On the above date deputies responded to a possible domestic. On scene a vehicle was parked in the roadway and the suspect admitted to driving the vehicle which had open containers of alcohol near the center console. The suspect was later found be impaired and agreed to chemical testing; .14,.13. The suspect was booked without issue.

Deputies responded to a crash and the suspect was found to be impaired. The suspect agreed to chemical testing; .21,.19. The suspect was later booked into ADC without incident.

ARRESTED: JEROME ABEYTA 28 YOA SANTA FE, NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the above subject and learned he was driving on a revoked driver license pursuant to 66-8-122G with an arrest clause and had no insurance. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.
