Deputies responded to above location in reference to a stolen vehicle report. Victim reported on today's date at approximately 4:30pm, she witnessed an unknown female suspect steal the above mentioned vehicle from the location. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported their checks were stolen from his mailbox sometime between September and October 2021. Victim stated between October 2, 2021 and October 8, 2021 unknown suspect(s) forged his name and cashed the checks for approximately $6,000.

Suspect/ Arrestee: Cedric Kulka - H/M from Albuquerque, NM
On 10-12-2021, Deputy Lopez responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. During a cell inspection by detention staff, a homemade shank (weapon) was found in Kulka's possession. Kulka was rebooked without incident.

Location: Interstate 25, Milepost 278, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Angelo Lopez, 23 YOM, Albuquerque, NM
On Sunday, October 10th, 2021, deputies received a call regarding a reckless driver. The caller advised a vehicle almost struck several vehicles and was all over the road. The vehicle was located traveling south on Interstate 25 near milepost 278. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was subsequently arrested for DWI and driving on a revoked driver's license. During an inventory of the vehicle, several open containers were located. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
2021007734 / Aggravated Assault Against a Peace Officer / 10-11-21

Location: Residence on Hills Trail Drive
Arrested: Daniel Garduno, 37-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 10-11-21 at approximately 3:00pm Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call at Mr. Garduno's residence. Upon arrival Deputies observed Mr. Garduno outside the residence. He retreated into the residence and locked the door. While Deputies were trying to speak with him through the door, he stated he had a gun and was going to shoot Deputies. Deputies retreated to cover. Eventually Mr. Garduno exited the residence unarmed at which time he was taken into custody.

Deputies responded to a call in reference to a domestic dispute. Investigations revealed that a physical altercation had ensued and suspect battered the victim. The above mentioned individual was arrested.

On Friday, October 8th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a victim who had their catalytic converter stolen. This occurred between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. This case remains under investigation.

On Saturday, October 9th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a driver appearing to be in need of medical services. Upon arrival, it was determined the above driver was impaired. The driver consented to SFSTs and signs of impairment were noted. The driver was subsequently arrested and he agreed to provide a blood sample. He was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Anfernee Wilson 25 yoa Albuquerque, NM
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a MVA. Above subject admitted to smoking marijuana and consuming an alcoholic beverage prior to driving. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrest and read the NM Implied Consent and agreed to submit to a chemical test and blew a .21, .21. Subject was charged and booked accordingly into ADC.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to above subject possibly intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs. During the course of the investigation, it was determined above subject was intoxicated and battered a peace officer. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. NM Implied Consent Advisory was read and subject blew a .26,.25 g/210L. Subject charged and booked at ADC.
