On 8-22-21 Mr. Perez-Lopez was stopped on State Road 599 for speeding. It was discovered he was driving while his privilege to do so was revoked due to a prior DWI. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Berlinda Garcia, 35-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 8-21-21 Corrections Officers located a large amount of Heroin on inmate Garcia while conducting a search.

On Sunday, August 22nd, 2021, deputies were dispatched to the jail. An investigation revealed that the above suspect battered a Correction Officer. The suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without further incident.

On Sunday, August 22nd, 2021, deputies received a suspicious vehicle call and located the above suspects vehicle. It was learned the driver had crashed his vehicle. A DWI investigation was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident

The above suspects vehicle was displaying a different vehicle license plate. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect was found to be in possession of narcotics.

Suspect got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend. During the argument, it became physical and the victim lost consciousness during the altercation. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

On Friday, August 20th, 2021 at about 4:19 pm, deputies responded to the area in reference to a reckless driver. A citizen reported a vehicle was all over the road and the driver was possibly impaired. The vehicle was located and the driver displayed signs of impairment. Subsequently, the above driver was placed under arrest for DWI. The driver provided a breath sample of above the legal limit of 0.08 g/210L. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Taken: Projector, Damaged: Glass Door-$1000.
Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a commercial burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) broke the glass to the back door with a rock. Once inside, suspect(s) took a white projector.
