On Monday, September 27th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a not conscious and not breathing 42 year old male. Upon arrival, it was found that the male had passed away several hours prior and no signs of life were observed. OMI was summoned to the scene to conduct an investigation. No signs of foul play were observed.

Arrested: Saul Diaz-Martinez, 28 YOM, Santa Fe, NM
On Saturday, September 25th, 2021 deputies responded to the above area in regards to a report of a motor vehicle crash. The caller said the driver was possibly impaired. Once in the area, deputies located a black Chevy Trail Blazer with damage. The driver submitted to SFSTs and signs of impairment were noted. The driver was subsequently arrested and agreed to provide a chemical sample. The results of that test were more than double the legal limit. The driver was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 2000 Block Camino Polvoso, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect(s): Hope B. Martinez- 46 year old H/F- Santa Fe, NM
Suspect gained entry through a window; after she broke the glass. Suspect was found to have taken items from within the residence. Suspect was arrest inside the residence. Suspect was booked accordingly.
2021007374/ AGG. DWI & Aggravated Fleeing of an law enforcement officer

Suspect: Joseph Weathers- 59 year old W/M- Buena Vista, NM
Charges: Agg. Fleeing, Agg. DWI, Leaving the scene of a crash, Reckless Driving, etc.
On 9-25-2021 at about 11:30 pm, deputies witness Weathers crash his vehicle north of Pojoaque Pueblo. Weathers fled from the crash as deputies attempted to make contact with him. Deputies later found Weathers driving in the City of Santa Fe. Weathers' driving habits were dangerous and he was a danger to other motorist. A pursuit ensued and Weather was taken into custody without incident.
2021007375/ AGGRAVATED DWI

Suspect: Linda Sue Vigil- 40 year old H/F
Location: Wymas Dr. Pojoaque, NM
Ms. Vigil left a party, where a fight broke out. Ms. Vigil believed she might have struck a guy with her car. During the course of the investigation it was learned by her own admission that she had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to reporting the possible crash. It was undetermined if the male was struck with the vehicle. Ms. Vigil refused to submit to SFST's along with refusal to submit to a chemical test. Ms. Vigil was arrested for Aggravated DWI and booked without issue.

Location: Residence on Ranch Road, Eldorado area
Deceased: 71-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 9-24-21 at approximately 3:44pm a 71-year-old female was escorting three horses from a barn on the property to a fenced area. As she began to escort them through a gate, one horse spooked and kicked. The female was struck in the head by the horse kick and passed away from her injury.

Unknown Suspect gained entry in a vehicle and took items. Case is under investigation.

The suspect was parked vomiting out of his vehicle when a welfare check was conducted. Deputies observed the suspect to be impaired. The suspect admitted to drinking alcohol. Impairment was observed during SFST's. Suspect refused chemical testing and was booked without issue.

While conducting a DWI checkpoint the suspect was showing signs of impairment. The suspect agreed to complete SFST's and more signs of impairment were observed. The suspect was arrested and agreed to a blood test. The suspect was later booked without incident.

During a DWI Checkpoint the suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to complete standardized field sobriety tests. The suspect refused the breath test and was booked into ADC without incident.
