Location: Residence off Calle Lomita, East Santa Fe County

Stolen: S&W 38 Caliber Pistol

On 9-17-21 between the hours of 6:30am and 5:00pm someone forced entry into the victim's fifth wheel camper and stole a .38 caliber revolver.   

2021007216 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 9-17-21

Location: Residence off Timberwick Road, east Santa Fe County

Stolen: Misc. tools and a generator

On 9-17-21 the victim reported someone broke a lock on their garage sometime between the beginning of August and today's date.  The suspect(s) stole several tools, a generator and also cut the exhaust off one of the victim's vehicles.

Stolen: 1998 Chrysler Van

Unknown suspect(s) unlawful took the above mentioned vehicle without permission from the owner. The case is under investigation.

2021007162/DWI/ 9-14-21

Location: US 84/285 MILE POST 168

Suspect: Jaden Potts

BIA Officers located the suspect as he was a wrong way driver. Deputies arrived on scene and a DWI investigation was conducted. The driver was later found to be impaired and was arrested. The suspect was read the implied consent advisory to which the suspect agreed to a breath test. (.18,.18)

2021007148, Possessionn of a controlled substance, 9-14-2021

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Johnny Trujillo 26 yoa, Espanola, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotic violation.  Above subject was found in possession of heroin. Subject was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Location: 174 US 84/285 MP 174

Arrested: Agustin Camargo 29 yoa male (Santa Cruz)

Subject was located on a traffic stop. He was found to have an active arrest warrant. Upon being arrested, he was searched and found to be in possession of heroin. He was taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident.

Suspect was stopped for driving without headlights and was determined to be impaired. Suspected heroin and Xanax was located inside the vehicle. Suspect refused a blood draw and was booked.

Location: West Gutierrez and Hwy 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Marcos Orguin/Martinez,24YOM, Albuquerque ,NM

Victim reported that the suspect and her were involved in an argument. She decided to leave and he followed her in a separate vehicle. The suspect chased the victim and attempted to run her off the road several times. He also tried to reverse his vehicle into hers. Three small children were in the vehicle with the victim during the incident. Suspect fled the scene and an arrest warrant was drafted for the above suspect.

2021007080/Receiving Transfering a Stolen Motor Vehicle/9/10/2021

A officer with Tesuque Police department learned the vehicle the  suspect was in was a stolen vehicle . The suspect was detained. Deputies arrived on scene and took over the investigation. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

2021007074/Death Investigation/9/10/2021

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male that was found deceased. The observations on scene revealed no signs of foul play. Case is under investigation.
