Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to vehicle unable to maintain lane of travel. Deputy located the vehicle and a traffic stop conducted. Above driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested for DWI. NM implied consent advisory act was read and subject agreed to submit to a breath test. Subject blew a .29, .27 Brac. In addition, subject was driving with a revoked driver license. Subject was booked accordingly.

During the late evening hours of September 7th 2021, deputies responded to the above area; in reference assisting Pojoaque Pueblo Police with a non-native driver. The Pueblo of Pojoaque Police Department Officer stopped Chad Luna for speeding 65/45 mph zone). Luna was displaying signs of impairment. Luna submitted to SFSTs and showed signs of impairment. Luna was placed under arrest. Luna agreed to submit to a chemical test, but he grew aggressive towards Deputy Burr, both physically and verbally. Luna was transported to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked without incident.

During routine patrol, Deputy Jacob Martinez made an encounter with this female on he shoulder of US 84-285 mm 170. Bustillos was found to have the above outstanding warrants for her arrest out of Santa Fe County Jurisdiction for Felony and Traffic Offenses. Bustillos was taken into custody without incident and booked on the warrants at Santa Fe County ADC.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to the above subject damaging two vehicles on the property. He then struck with his vehicle another vehicle several times that was occupied by 3 individuals. Subject then battered his ex-girlfriend along with another male individual and assaulted a male individual at the scene. Deputies apprehended the male subject who admitted to operating the motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Subject was read the NM implied consent advisory act and agreed to submit a breath best. Subject blew a .15, .15 Brac and was booked accordingly.
