On August 25th,2021 at about 6:44 a.m. Mr. Cintron was operating a vehicle on NM 14 in the wrong lanes of travel on NM 14. Deputy Madrid attempted to conduct a traffic stop and Mr. Cintron fled from the intersection to the Interstate 25. The vehicle once on the interstate abruptly veered to its right and Mr. Cintron lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle entered the shoulder, hit a speed limit sign and rolled. Mr. Cintron exited the vehicle after the crash and was taken into custody. Mr. Cintron was found to have 3 active felony and 1 active misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. He was medically cleared for incarceration and booked without further incident.

On the above date the suspect vehicle was stopped by Tesuque PD for a traffic violation. Deputies arrived on scene and began a DWI investigation. The suspect completed SFST's and deputies observed signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested and read the implied consent advisory to which he agreed to a breath test. The breath results were a .17,.17. The suspect was booked into ADC without incident.
