On Monday, July 26th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim. The victim advised the suspect had battered her by punching her.The suspect was not located in the area and a arrest warrant was issued.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of above in reference to a possible impaired driver. Suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and smoking marijuana. Suspect showed signs of impairment during SFSTs and was arrested. Suspect refused to submit to a chemical test. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of El Rancho for an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Vehicle was taken by between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:00pm on July 24,2021. Case is still under investigation.

Deceased: 87 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a death investigation. Above subject was found having issues breathing and keeping his head up until he was unconscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived on scene and found no signs of life. The deceased suffered from medical issues. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

On July 23, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male and a female. The victim advised the suspect (girlfriend) had battered him during a verbal argument. The suspect was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where she was booked without incident.

On Saturday, July 24, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a fight call. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, who was an ex-girlfriend. The victim advised the suspect had battered her and had broken her vehicle's window. The suspect was located and later arrested. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where he was booked without incident.
