Arrested: Eugene Miera 50 yoa Rio Rancho , NM

Deputies proceeded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  It was learned above suspect threatened to strike his mother with a metal pipe and struck her on her right side of the face with a closed fist.  In addition, the suspect picked up the victims dog from the back seat and threw the dog out of the window of the vehicle while the vehicle was in motion.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to a larceny at the above location. It was learned sometime between 6-19-2021 and 6-21-2021 an unknown subject entered a jobsite and stole a Walker Jumping jack which is valued at $3,900. The case in under investigation.

On Tuesday June 22, 2021 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The victim stated between the hours of midnight and 10:00 AM on June 22, 2021 the listed vehicle was stolen from the above location by an unknown person.

 The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Stolen: Christmas decorations and several pairs of shoes

On 6-21-21 the victim reported sometime within the past month someone broke a window and entered their guest house.  The above items were stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a female attempting to steal a vehicle. Deputies arrived on scene and located the suspect. She was placed under arrest and booked into Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a female subject unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived on scene and found no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. Female had a history of medical issues.

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation that ultimately lead to her arrest for DUI. She provided a breath sample .18 and refused to provide a second sample. She was booked.

Arrested: Zachary Martinez, 28 YOM, Espanola, NM

On Monday, June 14th, 2021, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle without a registration plate. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the above driver. It was learned that his New Mexico license was revoked, due to a previous DWI conviction. The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

The intoxicated suspect got into an argument with his wife. A verbal argument turned physical and signs of abuse were observed. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
