Driver was stopped for speeding. Upon contact, open containers were found in the vehicle. Driver did admit to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered and she showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to a chemical test. Subject blew a .19, .20 Brac. Subject charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an illegal dumping. Above subject was found to have an active warrant and was arrested. During search incident to arrest, subject was found in possession of a controlled substance. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

On the above date the suspect's vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Through an NCIC check the suspect's license was revoked with the arrest clause (122G) attached. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

On 10/13/21 Deputies responded to a domestic. The victim stated he was assaulted by his son, the suspect. The victim stated the suspect took his cellular phone so he could not call 911 for help. After completing the investigation the suspect was placed into custody and became aggressive and combative. While en-route to the jail the suspect damaged a marked patrol unit. The suspect was booked on the charges of assault against a household member, interference with communications, resisting an officer, and criminal damage to property.

On 10-12-2021, Deputy Lopez responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. During a cell inspection by detention staff, a homemade shank (weapon) was found in Kulka's possession. Kulka was rebooked without incident.

On Sunday, October 10th, 2021, deputies received a call regarding a reckless driver. The caller advised a vehicle almost struck several vehicles and was all over the road. The vehicle was located traveling south on Interstate 25 near milepost 278. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was subsequently arrested for DWI and driving on a revoked driver's license. During an inventory of the vehicle, several open containers were located. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
