Arrested: Deven Roybal, 20-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-17-20 at approximately 6:00pm a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Roybal after a license plate inquiry on his vehicle showed his driver's license was revoked. His driver's license was confirmed to be revoked and he was placed under arrest.

Deceased: 71-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-16-20 a family member of the deceased asked the Sheriff's Office to conduct a welfare check on her after they had not heard from her in a week. Deputies arrived and observed the deceased lying in bed unresponsive through a window. They forced entry into the home and found her deceased. The investigation revealed no suspicious circumstances or signs of foul play. It appears she passed away from medical conditions.

Suspect: Alex Darley / Las Vegas, NM
Deputy Pool observed a vehicle committing a traffic violation. Deputy Pool conducted a DWI investigation and he observed signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon 2020012998

Suspect: Hector Rascon / 42 YOM / Santa Fe, NM
Suspect intentionally crashed his vehicle into the victims car who is his ex- girlfriend. Suspect got into an argument with the victim and tried to back his vehicle into her as she was standing behind it. Suspect then fled the scene prior to deputies arrival. The suspect was not located and an arrest warrant was issued.

Suspect got into an argument with the victim. During the argument, it became physical. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Unknown
On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the reporting party who stated an unknown suspect had gained entry into his storage yard by cutting a chain link fence. Once inside the unknown suspect then entered 15 separate storage containers and trailers. It is not known what was taken. This case is still under investigation.

Deceased: 83 year old male
On Friday, December 11, 2020 at approximately 10:50am Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist. Victim was unconscious and not breathing. OMI responded to the scene and took over the investigation. No signs of foul play were noted.

Suspect: Francisco Manzanares (H/M)
Deputy Ficke was attempting to serve a TRO on Francisco Manzanares, who had outstanding warrants for his arrest. During the course of the contact, Francisco Manzanares began to actively resist arrest for the warrants and struck Deputy Ficke in a rude manner during the arrest. Francisco Manzanares was booked in on the above charges.

On 12-09-20 the victim reported someone broke a window and gained entry into their residence between the hours of 9:00am and 7:30pm. It is unknown if any items were taken at this time.
