On 02-24-20, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual did batter a household member. The above individual was booked accordingly into the SF County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: RIchard Rodriguez 37 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Charges:Agg. DWI, Resisting an Officer

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and failed to bring his vehicle to an immediate stop. Investigation revealed the subject had signs of intoxication and refused to submit to field sobriety tests. He was arrested and refused any chemical testing. He was booked without further incident.

Subject was stopped after it was learned she had an active warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to pay fines. She was booked without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arriving, deputies learned the suspect struck the victim during an altercation. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine

On 2/22/20 Deputies stopped a white Ford Fiesta for not having an operating license plate light. Contact was with made with the passenger after the driver was arrested for driving while license revoked. During the course of the investigation it was determined that cocaine was found under the suspect’s seat inside the vehicle. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.
