Charges: Attempt to Commit a Violent Felony to wit: Murder, Battery Against a Household Member
On Sunday, February 14th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned that the suspect had attempted to stab the victim with several knives. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the suspect had told a witness that she had intended to kill the victim. The suspect then acted on that statement. The victim did not sustain any life-threatening injuries. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Stolen: Checks, Debit and Credit Cards
On Monday, February 15th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown subjects shattered a window to their vehicle. Suspect(s) then stole a purse containing the above items. This occurred between 3:40 pm and 5:00 pm. This case remains under investigation.

On Monday, February 15th 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above male had battered his ex-girlfriend due to an argument about politics. The victim had minor injuries to her face. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, February 13th, 2021, deputies were dispatched to the above location for an assistance call. While in the area, deputies located the above suspect leaving the assistance call. The subject was found to be impaired and he displayed signs of impairment. Subject was placed under arrest and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, February 15th, 2021, deputies contacted the victim who advised they paid for a vehicle online, but never received the vehicle. The victim advised he attempted to contact the company and all the numbers were disconnected. This case remains under investigation.

Suspect was observed in control of a motor vehicle on the side of the roadway. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Suspect was charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatch to a male that was asleep behind the wheel, when arriving on scene they saw signs of impairment. The suspect showed further signs of impairment during standardized field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest and had and booked into jail.

On Friday, February 12th, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival, it was learned detention officers had located suspected Methamphetamine and Suboxone on the above individual. The subject was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deceased: 74 yoa Male, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject not conscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived and scene and provided life saving measures until provided documentation for a DNR. Medic personnel observed no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Victim reported she received several letters from Workforce Solutions regarding a pending request for COVID-19 relief payments. The victim stated she never submitted a claim with Workforce Solutions and that an unknown person was using her social security number to apply for benefits. The case is under investigation.
