On 7/31/21, deputies responded to a domestic at the above that address. RECC advised a male was attempting to break in to the residence. Deputies arrived on scene and detained the suspect. The suspect was later arrested for assault against a house hold member and trespassing. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant with an original charge of battery against a household member.

SFST were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. NM implied consent advisory act was read, which he refused to submit to a breath test. Subject was booked accordingly.
