Suspect: David Padilla

Mr. Padilla was involved in a motor vehicle crash and through a NCIC check had a revoked license. Mr. Padilla did not have an interlock in his vehicle. He was arrested and booked on the charges of driving while license revoked, following to closely, and no insurance.

Suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Police for an equipment violation and discovered the driver was revoked due to a DUI and non native. Deputies responded and arrested the driver.

 Deputies made contact with the suspect during a motorist assist conducted by Pojoaque Police. The suspect had a warrant for her arrest and was booked.

Vehicle was parked in the middle of the road, driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Breath sample was .16/.17. A firearm was located inside the vehicle within the reach of the driver

Suspect was stopped for speeding, showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Breath sample was a .15/.16

Location: Avenida Del Sur

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the area after it was learned an unknown suspect had gained unlawful entry into an RV that was parked in storage. It did not appear that anything was taken but a curtain was damaged during the crime. This case is currently under investigation

Victim 46 Year old female

Deputies were dispatched to the above address after it was learned the above victim had sent $50 via PayPal to a male subject in Florida who was renting a house. The $50 was the application fee. This case is under investigation and the suspect identity is unknown.

Stolen: Green Yeti Mountain bike

On the above date deputies were dispatched to a report of a stolen bike. Sometime between July 27 and July 28 an unknown suspect took the mountain bike from where it was stored. The case is under investigation.

A welfare check was conducted on a vehicle at 10 Avienda del Sur. Suspect had a warrant and was arrested. Suspect was booked two warrants. The warrants were from both magistrate and municipal courts for failure to appear for the crime(s) of shoplifting.
