On November 29, 2020 Deputies were dispatched in reference to the caller wanting to report an unknown person attempted to make entry in to her residence. The unknown subject attempted to pry open the back door with an unknown object. No suspects were identified.

Suspect got into an argument with the victim. During the argument, the suspect lunged at the victim with a knife. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Signs of impairment were observed. Suspect refused any chemical and blood testing.

Suspect: Allen Mirabal 38 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Child abuse, firing from or at a dwelling, criminal damage to property, negligent use of a firearm, Agg. assault against a HHM (2counts), receiving/transferring stolen property
Deputies responded to a weapons or explosive infraction at the above location. Upon arrival of the location, Deputies advised shots were being fired from inside the residence towards them and the suspects parents direction outside of the residence. Callouts to the suspect began as shots were still being fired from inside the residence. The suspect came out of the residence carrying a shotgun and his two year old daughter. Subject was directed to drop the shotgun and was apprehended accordingly and booked at ADC.

On Saturday November 28, 2020 an unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into the residence through a front window. The suspect was unsuccessful in gaining entry in to the residence. When shoe impressions were observed in the new snowfall the reporting party notified law enforcement.

On November 27, 2020, I assisted Pojoaque Police Department on a traffic stop.
Driver admitted to consuming alcohol and Marijuana, agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment.Driver was in possession of a half full bottle of Modelo, Marijuana, glass pipes and a grinder.Implied consent Advisory was read and driver agreed to a blood draw.
Driver was arrested and booked.

On Thursday, November 26th, 2020 deputies responded to the above location for a report of a not conscious and not breathing 42 year old male. Upon arrival, deputies found the male to be deceased. Life-saving procedures were attempted but ultimately proved ineffective. OMI responded to the scene and took over the investigation. At this time, the death appears natural and no signs of foul play were noted.

On Tuesday, November 24th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between November 17th and November 28th, an unknown individual stole a firearm. It is unknown as to whether someone entered the residence unlawfully. The firearm was not entered into NCIC, as a serial number is pending. Case remains under investigation.

Sometime on November 23, 2020 between 6:30pm and 8:30pm an unknown person entered the residence through an unlocked window and gained entry into the residence. Once inside the suspect took a Apple smartwatch from inside.
