Suspect shoplifted from the Pojoaque Supermarket than made an unlawful entry into a vehicle with the intent to commit a felony or theft therein. She was also in possession of suboxone.

On November 20, 2020, Deputies responded to 148 Camino Quintana in regards to a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was learned the suspect arrived to the residence intoxicated attempted to take her 18 month old child out of the residence. As the mother stopped the suspect from leaving the suspect threatened to batter the mother. It was learned the suspect had an outstanding municipal warrant out of the Santa Fe Police Department. The suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Kurt Van Hoffmann, 47-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11/20/20 Mr. Hoffmann violated a temporary order of protection placed against him by calling the protected person over 30 times and leaving multiple video messages. He was located and placed under arrest.

Suspect was stopped speeding odor of alcohol was detected and SFST's indicated impairment. Suspect refused a breath test. She was also driving on a revoked license with the arrest clause

Stolen: green book bag with wallet containing cash and credit cards
On 11-12-20 between the hours of 6:00pm to early morning hours on 11-13-20 someone broke the passenger side window of the victim's vehicle and stole the above mentioned items from within.

Deceased: 60-year-old male
On 11/18/20 the victim's family contacted the Sheriff's Office and requested a welfare check be conducted on their brother who they had not heard from in a couple weeks. Deputies responded to the residence and located the brother, a 60-year-old male deceased inside the residence. He suffered from medical conditions and there were no signs of foul play.

Stolen: Several firearms and keys
On 11-18-20 between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm someone forced entry into the victims home by breaking the metal bars securing a window. The suspect stole several firearms and a set of keys from within the residence. The case is under investigation.

Arrested: Patricia Sandoval, 61 YOF
On Tuesday, November 17th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a motor vehicle crash. The above individual was identified as causing the crash and she had a minor in the vehicle. The minor sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. The driver displayed signs of impairment and she consented to SFSTs. Signs of impairment were noted and the driver was arrested. The driver was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
2020012547 / Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property / 11-17-20

Location: Residence in the Santa Fe West Mobile Home Community of Henry Lynch Road
On 11-17-20 at around 8:30pm two male family members got into a physical altercation in the driveway of the residence. One male struck the other male multiple times with a shovel causing injury. He also broke a vehicle window with the shovel. The suspect fled the scene prior to deputies arrival and a warrant was drafted for his arrest.
