On Tuesday, November 17th, 2020, deputies were patrolling the area when they observed a vehicle traveling on a rim. A traffic stop was conducted and the above driver showed signs of impairment. The driver consented to SFSTs and additional signs of impairment were noted. The driver was arrested and she later provided a breath sample which showed she was above the legal limit of 0.08. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Deputies learned between the hours of 11:00am on 11/14/2020 and 7:30pm on the same date, unknown suspect(s) took a White Ford Econo Club Van.

Sometime between November 7, 2020 and November 15, 2020 unknown persons damaged a chain link fence that surrounds a storage area. Once inside the fenced area the suspect damaged several locks on a recreational vehicle that was on the property. No suspect information at this time.

Additional: Stopping, standing, parking on roadway
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a pickup truck parked in the roadway blocking traffic and there was a male lying in the bed of the pickup. Deputies arrived on scene and suspect admitted to driving the vehicle. Upon further investigation, suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and/or drugs.
