Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies made contact with the victim who stated sometime between 04/13/20 and 04/18/20 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once inside the suspect(s) took furniture from within in the home. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with victim who advised Suspect struck her and verbally assaulted her. Suspect left prior to my arrival and attempted to take a vehicle while owner was inside. Suspect also trespassed into Victim's property. Warrant for Suspect was drafted and approved.

On 4/18/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. When the deputies arrived to the location they observed a vehicle leaving the scene. A traffic stop was conducted and it was determined the driver was impaired. The driver performed SFST’s poorly. A breath sample was obtained resulting in a .16/.17. The driver was transported and booked into ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a welfare check after family members had reported a 55 yo male from Lubbock Texas as missing. Upon arrival, deputies located the male deceased. OMI was called to the scene and is investigating the incident.

It was learned that unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into victim's vehicle between 9:10am and 10:50 am and stole the above items. There isn't any suspect information at this time and this case remains active.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. The calling party stated the suspect had left the scene and was intoxicated. In addition, the victim was struck by the above vehicle and knocked to the ground as the suspect drove away. The above suspect was located driving away from the scene and a DWI investigation was performed, which she showed signs of impairment. Above subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location reference to a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was found that the suspect had battered her boyfriend. While being placed under arrest, suspect pulled away while being handcuffed as well as battered two deputies. Suspect was transported to the Adult Detention Facility and booked without incident.
