On 08-10-19 Deputies made contact with the above individual after it was learned he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Charge: Santa Fe Magistrate Court warrant - Failure to Pay fines on a traffic violation. Rio Arriba Magistrate Court warrant - Failure to Appear on traffic violations.

On 08-11-19 Deputies made contact with the above individual after it was learned she had two active warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: I-25 mile post 283

 

Suspect was stopped for roadways laned for traffic that led to a DWI investigation. SFST's were administered the results did indicate impairment. there was an open container and a loaded revolver located inside the vehicle. Breath test results were .14/.12 the suspect was booked.

Interference with Communications/Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic.  During the investigation, it was learned about suspect  was involved in a physical altercation with the victim and that suspect also damaged the victim's vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: State Road 14 Mile post 42

Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver who was possibly intoxicated. The vehicle was located and fled from Deputies after the initial traffic stop. A pursuit was initiated from mile post 42 until the suspect came to a stop at mile post 44. The subject refused to listen to deputies verbal commands and was placed on the ground and taken into custody. SFST's were not able to be conducted due to the high level of impairment. A warrant was drafted for the suspects blood as he had at least 3 prior DWI's. He was booked

Suspect was located passed out in the middle of the road. Contact was made and it was discovered the subject was intoxicated. SFST's and chemical testing were refused. He was booked.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject who had 3 outstanding warrants for his arrest.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Arrested: Levi Boultinghouse      Age: 30 Edgewood, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic.  During the investigation, it was learned about suspect  was involved in a physical altercation with his father.  During the altercation, suspect stabbed him with multiple coloring pencils causing injury to the victims left ear.  In addition, the suspect assaulted his mother. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC.
