On Sunday, October 24th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary of a business. Contact was made with the victim and he advised unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the property via a window around 4:30 pm. Suspect(s) then rummaged through several office cubicles before fleeing the area. Surveillance video showed an individual in the area on a light blue in color bicycle. This case remains under investigation.

The suspect unlawfully entered the residence to speak with the victim. Suspect got into an argument with the victim and took the victims phone prior to leaving. The suspect was located and was booked accordingly.

On Friday, October 23rd, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above individual. It was learned he had three active arrest warrants out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
