Arrested: Juan Esquivel, 36-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 10-10-20 a traffic stop was conducted on a white 1991 Ford Explorer due to suspended registration.  Further investigation revealed the driver, Mr. Esquivel's driver's license was revoked.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Charge(s): Possession of a controlled substance

On Saturday, October 10, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 blue Yamaha sport motorcycle. The driver/suspect was ran through NCIC/MVD, which revealed the suspect was wanted on three outstanding municipal warrants. A pat search was conducted and the suspect was found to have cocaine in his possession. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

Location: NM 76 and Carmelitos Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Barbara Martinez, 53 YOF

On Monday, October 5th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to disorderly conduct. Prior to deputies arrival, Santa Fe RECC advised the parties had left in a purple in color Cadillac. A Cadillac was found in the vicinity and a traffic stop was conducted for the vehicle not having insurance or registration. The above driver displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. She was later placed under arrest and she provided a breath sample which showed her to be above the legal limit to operate a motor vehicle.  She was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Allison Grise 34 YOF

On Sunday, October 4th, 2020, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a Subaru Outback traveling the wrong way on La Puebla Road. A traffic stop was conducted and the above driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver was later arrested and refused to submit to chemical testing. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked without incident.

Stolen: 2001 tan Toyota Tundra with a color matched camper shell. 

The victim reported some stole their 2001 Toyota Tundra from their residence on 10-4-20 between the hours of 11:15am and 3:15pm.
