Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. The victim advised 3:30 pm on 03-26-2020 and 7:00 am on 03-27-2020, unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into location and stole miscellaneous tools. Case is under investigation.

Deputies contacted the victim and she advised unknown persons unlawfully used her credit card in the amount of $3410.22. The victim stated the card was used between 3-8-2020 and 3-23-2020. Case is under investigation.

On 3/27/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. The victim reported the suspect became irate because he could not locate a video game. The victim locked herself in the bathroom to avoid the suspect. The suspect forced entry into the bathroom and battered the victim. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

On 3/26/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. The victim stated her and her boyfriend were involved a physical altercation. Victim stated as she was attempting to leave the residence the suspect grabbed her by the hair and drug her on the ground. While attempting to call for help the suspect grabbed the victim’s phone and damaged it. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Charge(s): Kidnapping, Battery (2 counts) Receiving, Transferring a stolen motor vehicle, Aggravated fleeing, Resisting, evading and officer, Criminal damage to property, Larceny
On 3/25/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a battery and kidnapping at the above location. During the course of the investigation it was determined the suspect battered his girlfriend identified as Loretta Smith. It was learned the suspect grabbed the victim’s hair and forced her into his Dodge Ram and fled the scene. The suspect’s truck was located by Deputies traveling on State Road 599 and Interstate 25. Deputies pursued the vehicle southbound Interstate 25 in Sandoval County, where the truck eventually stopped in an open field off Interstate 25. Suspect fled on foot and was later located in the open field. The victim was located in the truck. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC where he was booked.
