Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to Pojoaque Tribal Police conducting a traffic stop on the above subject for speeding and the individual being non-native American. Contact was made with the subject who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverage prior to driving the motor vehicle. Subject showed signs of impairment. Subject refused SFST's and was placed under arrest. Subject was read the NM implied consent advisory and refused chemical testing. Subject was booked accordingly.
