On August 30, 2020 deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Deputies made contact with the victim who stated her son, the suspect, had obtained the key her black 2018 Mazda 3 and took it from her residence without her permission while she was in the hospital. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

On August 31, 2020 deputies were dispatched to the above area in regard to a stolen utility trailer. Deputies made contact with the victim who stated the trailer was taken between August 17, 2020 and August 31, 2020. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Charge(s): Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Trespass
On August 31, 2020, deputies were dispatched to 1139 St. James Crest in reference to a suspicious person. When Deputies arrived contact was made with the property owner. The property owner advised he did not know the suspect nor did he allow the suspect to be on his property. During the course of the investigation the suspect was found to have cocaine in his possession. The suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

On August 29, 2020, Deputies responded to a single motor vehicle crash on State Road 502 at mile post 15. The driver of the vehicle crashed down in an embankment. Contact was made with driver who appeared to be impaired. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The driver performed SFST’s poorly. The driver agreed to provide a chemical test, which resulted in .14/.13. The driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Sean Miller, 35-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 8-28-20 at about 6:30pm Deputies responded to Peak Place Mobile Home Park in reference to a suspicious male going door to door. Deputies made contact with Mr. Miller and discovered he had 3 warrants for his arrest. When they attempted to place him under arrest he resisted. He was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
