Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a male appearing to be disoriented. The suspect was located on Tano Road. During the investigation, the driver/suspect showed signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On 8/11/2020, at approximately 12:00am deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver traveling northbound on US 84/285 at mile post 176. The vehicle was located on the side of the roadway. Contact was made with the driver who appeared to be impaired. The driver agreed to perform SFST's. The driver SFST's were performed poorly. The driver provided a chemical sample resulting in .28/.28. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the ADC.

On August 10, 2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards a fraud use of a credit card. The victim reported she lost her credit card. The victim reported after realizing she did not have her credit card in her possession, the victim checked her credit card statement. The victim identified that an unidentified person(s) fraudulently used the credit card several times in various locations in Santa Fe County. The total amount charged on the card was $268.00.

On August 10, 2020 a 38 year old male was found deceased by a friend. The investigation revealed he committed suicide and there were no signs of foul play.
