Victim: 23 year old female
Deputies were dispatched the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. During the investigation, it was determined that the suspect did unlawfully touch the victim during an argument. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Charges: Battery Against a Peace Officer, Assault Against a Peace Officer, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer
On Tuesday, August 18th, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, deputies determined that the above subject had assaulted and battered a detention officer after a dispute about returning to his jail cell. As a result, a detention officer received a bloody nose. The subject was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Tuesday, August 18th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a suspicious person. Contact was made with the above individual and it was found he had an active Santa Fe Municipal Court Warrant for Failure to Appear. Subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Contact was made with the subject and she was placed under arrest for failing to comply with conditions of release. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

VICTIM: 83 YEAR OLD MALE
On August 19, 2020 Deputy Blea responded the listed area in reference to an unresponsive male subject. CPR was administered but the male was unresponsive to the life saving measures. OMI was called and responded to the scene and determined the death was natural with no foul play.

Charge(s): Aggravated DWI, Following too closely, Open container
On August 16, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a blue Toyota Camry for following too close behind a marked patrol unit. The traffic stop was conducted on Interstate 25, mile post 276. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. The driver performed SFST's poorly. The driver agreed to provide a chemical sample which resulted in a .18/.18. The driver was arrested, transported and booked into ADC.

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. During the traffic investigation, it was learned the vehicle was stolen from Albuquerque, NM. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Stolen: Misc tools, 4 paintings, 32" Samsung tv, 2 Coleman camping stoves, 4 Coleman tents valued at $7,840
The victim reported someone broke a padlock and entered their storage unit taking the above listed items sometime between July 24th and August 14th. The case is under investigation.
