On Tuesday, August 25th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with the victim and they advised they were lawfully confined for a short period of time by the suspect. This occurred during a verbal argument. The suspect was located and placed under arrest. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Wednesday, August 26th, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a suspicious person. Contact was made with a victim in the area who advised she noticed items missing from her vehicle. Contact was made with the above suspect, who was still in the area, and it was discovered that he was in possession of the victim's personal property. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Wednesday, August 26th, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an inmate with an outstanding arrest warrant for traffic offenses. Deputies made contact with the above individual and later rebooked him into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Nicholas Colin (29)
Deputies responded to the aforementioned location of a tribal agency stopping a car and suspect was intoxicated. Investigation was conducted and suspect was arrested for above charges. Suspect agreed to chemical testing and results were .20 and .19. A check of driver history revealed that it will be suspects 4th DWI.

Arrested: Erica Becker, 40 YOF
On Thursday, August 20th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to reckless driver call. Deputies located the vehicle, a 2019 Nissan Sentra, and found that it had crashed into a traffic sign. Contact was made with the above driver and she admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. During the investigation, multiple signs of impairment were observed by deputies and she was placed under arrest. The driver refused to submit to a chemical test and she was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
