On 12/25/2019, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a breaking and entering. Based on the investigation it was learned that an unidentified person pushed open a window to gained entry into the residence. No items were reported stolen.

On 12/25/2019, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a single motor vehicle crash. Driver was found to be unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived and administered Narcan and transported the driver to the hospital. Based on the investigation the driver was found to be impaired and was arrest and booked at ADC for DWI.

On 12/24/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an inmate being found with narcotics on her person. Corrections Officers conducted a pat search on the above suspect and located heroin, meth and marijuana in her shirt pocket. Suspect was re-booked on the listed charges

Suspect: 41 Year old female
Taken: NM License Plate, Black handgun, Black shotgun($971.00)
Victim stated he allowed suspect to stay at his residence. She and another suspect took above items without his permission. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Battery against a HHM, Resisting, evading and or obstructing X3, Criminal damage to household goods
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reported her husband struck her in the face and broke a television inside the residence. Contact was made with the suspect who was irate and pushed a Deputy. Deputies attempted to restrain the subject who resisted arrest. Subject was restrained and transported to ADC accordingly.

Suspect: Jerald Baca 53 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash. Signs of impairment were observed prior to subject being transported to the hospital. SFST's were administered on the subject who showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested for DWI and refused to submit to a blood draw. Subject was booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed the listed suspect approached two victims in a threatening manner causing them to fear a battery. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On 12/9/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. Deputy learned an unknown suspect attempted to enter the residence by kicking the front door. The suspect was unable to gain entry and made entry through a window after breaking it. The owner of the property observed a 2000's silver in color Nissan Truck, possibly a Frontier at approximately 12:45pm on the date of incident. No suspects have been identified at this time.
