Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a reckless driver that was unable to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted which the above subject admitted to ingesting prescription medication prior to driving. SFST's were administered, which the subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and a blood draw was taken pending results. Subject booked at ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Nathan Mulligan, 24 year old Angel Fire, NM
On Tuesday, May 12th, 2020 deputies made contact with the suspect after he was found asleep in the driver's seat of a vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was found the suspect was in possession of a large quantity of packaged marijuana, along with other paraphernalia to supplement the sale of such narcotics. The suspect's vehicle was sealed for a pending search warrant. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above listed charges.

On Tuesday, May 12, 2020 Deputies responded to the mentioned area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned the suspect grabbed the victim and held her down while she was attempting to leave. Suspect was charged and booked accordingly.

On Monday May 11, 2020 I made contact via telephone with the listed victim.The victim stated sometime between January 29, 2020 and February 5, 2020 the listed items were stolen from the location by an unknown suspect.

On 5/11/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards suspicious activity. During the course of the investigation it was reported that the suspect entered his wife residence and removed a vehicle they owned and was driving around the residence. Deputies located the suspect in the area in the vehicle. It was learned the suspect was arrested for domestic violence related charges against his wife in April 2020 and was placed on conditions of release. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC for aggravated stalking for violating his conditions of release order by the court.
