Victim: 62 year old female
Suspect assaulted the victim with a knife while she was stopped at the intersection of US 84/285 and State Road 503 causing her to be in fear of a battery. Deputies located the subject walking near mile post 181 where he refused to obey commands and identify himself when taken into custody. He was booked.

Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash. Driver was transported to Presbyterian Hospital (Espanola, NM) During the investigation, above subject admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered and showed signs of impairment. A blood draw was done on the suspect. Subject was transported and booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to the above location for an individual who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, it was suspected the victim had passed away due to an aortic dissection which was not survivable. OMI was contacted and found no signs of foul play.

Deputy was dispatched to the area of 1000 Block of Old Las Vegas Hwy in reference to a stalled vehicle. Deputy made contact with the suspect who stated he ran out of gas. A check through NCIC reveled that the vehicle was stolen out of Bernalillo County on December 9, 2019. Suspect was booked.
