Victim reported sometime be 12/18/2019 at 4:30pm and 12/19/19 at about 6:00am, an unidentified suspect(s) gained entry in the Santa Fe County Public Works warehouse and removed some workers clothing attire from the employee’s locker room. No suspects have been identified at this time.

On 12/19/2019, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary in progress. Victim reported an unidentified suspect gained entry to his property was dismantling a lock to gain additional access to his enclosed court yard. When deputies arrived they located the above suspect and arrested him for the above charges. No items were reported stolen.
