Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the listed location. Driver had an odor of an intoxicating liquor emitting from her person and showed signs of impairment. Driver refused SFST's but provided a blood sample at the hospital. Drive was booked accordingly.

Deputy drove upon the scene of a vehicle that had crashed into a street sign. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. The deputy attempted in administering sobriety testing and made an arrest decision. The driver refused chemical testing and was booked into the jail.

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was learned the girlfriend battered her boyfriend by pulling his hair. Approximately an hour later, the boyfriend battered his girlfriend and kicked down a bathroom door where the girlfriend and a child were hiding. The boyfriend was placed under arrest for battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member. In addition, the girlfriend had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was arrested for battery against a household member and the warrant. Both booked at ADC.

Traffic stop conducted on above subject for improper equipment. During the traffic stop, above subject did not have documents (No insurance and registration) for the vehicle and driver license was revoked with the arrest clause. In addition, above subject had an active warrant. Subject was arrested and transported to ADC. While at ADC, subject was found in possession of Zanax. Subject was booked accordingly.

On 11/28/2019, Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Honda Civic. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined the vehicle was stolen out of Rio Arriba County. The driver of the vehicle could not proof of ownership at the time of the stop. The driver was taken into custody and transported to ADC.

Above subject was transported to the hospital for injuries. A blood warrant was drafted for chemical testing. Due to the injuries, above subject will be summons on above charges.
