On Monday, December 9, 2019 Deputies assisted Pojoaque Tribal Police who made a traffic stop on a vehicle was operated by a possible impaired driver. Deputies conducted SFST's on the driver who could not complete the tests. The driver refused a breathe test and was charged with Agg DWI.

On Monday, December 9, 2019 Deputies responded to the mentioned location in reference to a burglary. Victim reported sometime between 8am and 5pm someone forcefully entered his shed and stole the listed item. There is no suspect info at this time.

On 12/7/2019, Deputy was traveling northbound on US 84/285 near mile marker 172, when the Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle for excessive speed. Registration on the vehicle revealed the owner of the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of Bernalillo County. A traffic stop was initialed but the vehicle failed to stop resulting in a short pursuit. The vehicle subsequently crashed into an arroyo/embankment off of US 84/285. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to ADC and booked.

On 12/7/2019, Deputy responded to the above location. Victim reported an unidentified suspect(s) gained into the residence by breaking a window with a rock. No items were reported stolen at this point. Pry marks were also located on the front and rear door to the residence. No suspect(s) were identified.

On 12/9/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and larceny. Victim reported sometime between 12/8/19 at about 4:30pm and 12/9/19 at about 4:00am, unidentified suspect(s) stole a 4X8 wooden flatbed trailer, Masterbuilt Smoker, Predator Generator, 2 Blue Rhino propane tanks, valued at $2,500. No suspects identified at this time.

On Sunday December 8, 2019, Deputies responded to the Agora Shopping Center in reference to an auto burglary. The victim reported someone unlawfully entered her vehicle in the parking lot sometime between 1:50pm and 2:45pm taking the mentioned items. No suspect info at this time.

On Sunday December 8, 2019, Deputies responded to the mentioned location in reference to a domestic disturbance. The victim reported she was battered resulting in a laceration to her lip. The suspect was arrested and booked at the county jail.

Charge: Possession of a Controlled Substance & paraphernalia,
On 12/7/19, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a single vehicle motor vehicle crash. A DWI investigation was conducted and it was learned the driver of the vehicle was not impaired. Further investigation revealed the above suspect had heroin and a syringe on his possession. Suspect was arrested and transported to ADC.

Arrested: Boone Tucker 46 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was located parked on the side of the road near Tesuque Casino. He was found to have two active warrants for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court charging Fail to Appear on Driving while license revoked, and animal violation. He as taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident.

Subject was recognized sitting outside of the casino. She was found to have two active warrants for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear on two cases charging Shoplifting and Driving while license revoked. She was arrested and booked without further incident.
