On 10-20-19 contact was made with the above individual, during which it was determined he had four out standing warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

On 10-20-19, the above individual was found in possession of several strips of suboxone, which had been altered into smaller strips, consistent with the sale of them. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Subject was stopped for a traffic infraction and displayed signs of impairment. Subject submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. She was arrested and refused testing. She was taken to the Santa Fe County Jail where she was booked.

Ulibarri was seen walking suspiciously through the parking area of the casino. Ulibarri was found to have two active arrest warrants and was transported to the jail where she was found to have an amount of controlled substances on her person. Ulibarri was charged accordingly.
