On June 19, 2020, Deputies made contact with a black in color Ford Mustang in front of 1924 Case Road, Santa Fe, NM. The vehicle was called in as a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with 4 occupants inside the vehicle. The occupants were asked to exit the vehicle. When the suspect exited the vehicle from the left rear seat found on the seat were small bags of cocaine, heroin and alprazolam. Also found under the seat was a loaded 9mm handgun. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an aggravated assault. Upon arrival it was learned an unknown suspect had pointed a black pistol at the victim for unknown reasons. Suspect was not located. Case is under investigation.

Charge(s): Criminal damage against a household member, Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
On June 17, 2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a child custody dispute. During the course of the investigation it was determined the suspects arrived to the location in attempt to pick up Samantha DeHerrera’s young children. The biological father refused to allow their young children to leave the residence. It was learned during this dispute Samantha DeHerrera broke a bedroom window from the exterior with her hand and Martin Wilbanks pointed a hand gun threatening the young children’s grandparents through the screen door. The suspects were placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

On June 18, 2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was learned the suspect applied an application of force upon his girlfriend after they were disputing about infidelities. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a burglary. During the investigation, it was learned the suspects took an item from an enclosed dwelling without the owners permission. Suspects were booked accordingly.

Deputies received a call of a vehicle driving all over the road from a 911 caller. Deputies were able to locate vehicle and were able to get the vehicle stopped. The driver showed multiple signs of impairment and was arrested. He declined to provide chemical requesting as required by law. He was booked into SFADC without further incident.

Subject was observed making a u-turn against a red light. Traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to have a revoked driver's license for a prior to DWI. She was arrested and booked without incident.
