Deputies made contact with several individuals who were at a closed business. The suspect was discovered to have a 1st Judicial District Court warrant for his arrest for failure to appear. He was arrested and booked.

Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Correction Officers advised above suspect was found to have been found to have orange film like strips on his person which tested positive for Buprenorphine and tar-like substance which tested positive for Heroin. Subject was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to Cliff's Liquor Store on reference to a disorderly conduct where deputies made contact with the suspect seated inside her vehicle. A DWI investigation was initiated due to an odor of alcohol coming from the suspects breath. Suspect refused SFST's and resisted deputies as they placed her in handcuffs. The suspect refused to submit to a breath test she was booked.

Location: US 84/285 mile post 178, Pojoaque

 

 BIA conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to maintain lanes, deputies had received a BOLO for a vehicle matching the description. Suspect was determined to be under the influence of prescription pills and alcohol. SFST's were administered, which indicated impairment. She was arrested and submitted to a blood test. There were two young children inside the vehicle at the time of the incident. She was booked
