Suspect was stopped for a speeding violation and found to have been under the influence of alcohol. SFSTs were conducted and the suspect showed signs of impairment. She was arrested and booked without incident.

BIA contacted SFSO in reference to a possible intoxicated driver which they had stopped for failing to maintain a lane of travel. SFSTs were conducted and signs of impairment were noted and she was arrested. She provided a breath sample of .19,.19 BRaC. She was booked without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to location in regard to an aggravated assault. The Deputy learned the above listed suspect assaulted the other party with a gardening tool. The suspect was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Suspects vehicle was stopped for speeding and leaving the scene of a crash by Pojoaque Police. Deputies were summoned to the location by PPD. Suspect admitted to speeding, not stopping for police and leaving the scene of a crash. He was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Joseph Raymond age: 37

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, Possession of a Controlled to Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On 06-21-19 Deputies responded to a Narcotics Violation at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. During the investigation it was learned the above suspect had suboxone and methamphetamine in his cell. He admitted it was his. The suboxone consisted of 80 individual strips. He was also found in possession of a hypodermic needle and a homemade pipe. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
