On Monday, September 21st, 2020, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle passing other vehicles in a no passing zone. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned the above subject had an invalid-revoked NM driver's license. Furthermore, the NM driver's license return showed the revocation was from a previous DWI. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Once there, he was booked without incident.

On Monday, September 21st, 2020, deputies responded to the above location for an inmate who had an active arrest warrant out of the Catron County Magistrate Court. Contact was made with the inmate and the arrest warrant was confirmed. The inmate was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, September 21st, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence. The victim advised nothing was taken, but personal belongings had been scattered around. This occurred between 8:00 am and 2:40 pm on 09-21-2020. Suspect information is pending and this incident remains under investigation.

On 9-20-20 a 93-year-old female passed away in her home from natural causes. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing and there was nothing suspicious about the incident.

On 9-19-20 a family member found the deceased in his home. He suffered from several medical conditions and his passing was expected to come soon.
2020011176 / Aggravated Fleeing, DWI, Reckless Driving, Possession of Heroin and Methamphetamine

Location: Agua Fria Street and Ledd Drive
Arrested: John Hackler, 21-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 9-19-20 at approximately 8:49pm the above suspect almost struck a deputy head on while he was traveling east on Agua Fria. A traffic stop was attempted and the vehicle fled west on Agua Fria driving erratically. A vehicle pursuit ensued for approximately 7 minutes through the Agua Fria, Jemez Road and Rufina Street areas. The suspect eventually ended up heading east on Airport Road. As they were nearing Cerrillos Road deputies positioned themselves in front of the suspect forcing him to a stop. He was taken into custody without further incident. Further investigation revealed he was driving under the influence and was in possession of Heroin and Methamphetamine. He also had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On September 19, 2020, Deputy Puentes made contact with the above individual, it was found he had two active arrest warrant out of the Santa Fe and Rio Arriba County Magistrate Courts. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Guzman was patrolling the area of Airport Road, when contact was made with the above suspect and was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of the City of Santa Fe Municipal Court. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
