On 06/18/19 Deputies located a stolen license plate on a Pontiac G6. The plate belonged to a Ford Truck and was reported stolen by the owner to Santa Fe PD. During the investigation the above subject admitted to placing the plate on the vehicle, knowing it did not belong to the vehicle. It was also learned the subject had five outstanding warrants for his arrest. Four warrants were issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Receiving or Transferring a Stolen Vehicle. and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. He also had a warrant issued out of the First Judicial District Court for Burglary and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly without incident.

Suspect(s) entered a motor vehicle on the property and removed the battery from the vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Jose Mendiaz-Coronado 21 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies responded to Vista Alondra in reference to a vehicle being parked in a vehicle for over an hour. Contact was made with the male who was highly intoxicated and admitted to driving. SFST's were conducted and showed signs of impairment and he was arrested. Suspect submitted to breath test and the results were .14,.15. He was booked into SFADC.
