Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for driving without tail lamps on. Contact was made with the driver who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and provided a breath sample of .18, .17 BrAC. Subject was booked accordingly.

On todays date Deputies were dispatched to NM 14 mile marker 37 in reference to a reckless driver who was swerving into oncoming traffic. Prior to Deputies arrival dispatch advised the vehicle had been involved in an accident where it struck another vehicle. Upon arrival on scene Deputies discovered the vehicle had been involved in 2 separate accidents. Upon contact with driver of vehicle the odor of an intoxicating liquor was emitting from her person. Driver was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and submitted to a blood draw. Driver was arrested and booked at ADC.

Charges: Battery against a HHM, Assault against a HHM
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to the above suspect with an active warrant attempting to set a house on fire. Suspect was taken into custody and deputies learned above suspect had battered and assaulted his girlfriend. Subject was transported to ADC where he was charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Contact was made with the driver who had blood shot watery, slurred speech and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. The driver refused SFST''s and a chemical test. Subject arrested and booked accordingly.

A traffic stop was conducted on above subject. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and read the NM implied consent advisory act and agreed to submit to a breath test. Subject blew .11,.11 BrAC. Subject booked at ADC.
