On June 4, 2020, Pojoaque Tribal Police conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 black Ford hatchback at the above location. The Ford hatchback was traveling in the left lane pushing a vehicle that was traveling in front. Contact was made with the driver/suspect and It was learned the driver/suspect was non-native and operating a vehicle on a revoked license. The driver/suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Suspect was located and was found to have cocaine in his possession. Suspect was arrested and booked.

On 6/3/2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a tan 2008 Dodge Dakota for traveling 45 mph in a 65 mph zone. Contact was made with the suspect/driver who showed signs of impairment. SFST’s were completed and the driver performed SFST’s poorly. Driver refused a chemical test. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

On Wednesday June 3, 2020 at approximately 6:55 p.m., Deputies responded to above location in regards to an Aggravated Assault.Suspect grabbed victim by the hair while attempting to strike her with a screwdriver.Suspect was arrested and booked.

Charge(s): Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin/suboxone
On June 2, 2020, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a green Mercury minivan at the intersection of State Road 599 and State Road 14 for a red light violation. During the course of the traffic stop the driver/suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. The driver/suspect was transported to ADC. While jail staff conducted a body scan the driver/suspect, the suspect was found to have suspected heroin and suboxone in his possession. The suspect was booked at ADC on the additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and the warrant.

Deceased: 76 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist of a male subject not conscious. Medic personnel performed life saving measures, which were unsuccessful. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. The deceased had a history of heart conditions.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine); Possession of drug paraphernalia
Deputies observed a suspicious vehicle on NM 599 Frontage Road parked with no headlights and an individual in a yard with a flashlight. Contact made with the above subject and syringe needles, clear glass pipe, clear baggies with a black tar like substance and a clear bag white crystal substance were observed in plain view inside the parked vehicle. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Monday, June 1, 2020 Deputies responded to the area in reference to a larceny. Victim reported within the last six months someone stole the listed items. The items were sold on Ebay and the victim was notified of the sold items by a auctioneer. Case is pending further investigation.

Stolen: $1200 worth of rocks
On Monday, June 1st, 2020 deputies made contact with the above victim regarding a theft. The victim advised 85 red moss rocks were stolen from the location. Residents saw a red in color pickup truck on 05-31-2020 and two men removing the rocks from the shoulder. This case remains under investigation and suspect information is pending.

On Monday, June 1st, 2020 deputies made contact with a homeowner who advised unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into his residence between 05-28 at 10:30 pm and 05-29 at 12:00 pm. This case remains under investigation and suspect information is pending.
