Deputies responded to the listed area in reference to an 82 year old male not conscious, not breathing. Investigation revealed the victim passed away of natural causes. No signs of foul pay were observed.

He showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. He was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. He was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

SFRECC received a report of persons who were intoxicated at the rest area on I-25 . As Deputies entered the area they observed three motorcycles leave the area. The above person was stopped in reference to that information and found to be under the influence. He was arrested and refused chemical testing. He was booked into SFADC without incident.
