On September 8, 2019, I was dispatched to the above listed address regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. When I arrived, I spoke with the victim who stated an unknown person or persons entered his unlocked vehicle during the night and removed hand tools without permission.

On September 8, 2019, I was dispatched to the above listed address regaring a burglary of a motor vehicle. The reporting party advised he left his wallet in his unlocked vehicle. An unknown person or persons entered the vehicle which was parked in front of his residence, and the items were taken. The debit and credit cards were used a varies stores to purchase items totaling $1,362.59. Cash was also taken from the wallet.

Arrested: Barry James 47 yoa, Tesuque, NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for driving without tail lamps on. Contact was made with the driver who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and provided a breath sample of .18, .17 BrAC. Subject was booked accordingly.

On todays date Deputies were dispatched to NM 14 mile marker 37 in reference to a reckless driver who was swerving into oncoming traffic. Prior to Deputies arrival dispatch advised the vehicle had been involved in an accident where it struck another vehicle. Upon arrival on scene Deputies discovered the vehicle had been involved in 2 separate accidents. Upon contact with driver of vehicle the odor of an intoxicating liquor was emitting from her person. Driver was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and submitted to a blood draw. Driver was arrested and booked at ADC.
