Charges: DWI, Driving while revoked, stop sign violation.
Suspect was observed failing to stop at a posted sign. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. The suspect was arrested. He was also found to be driving while his privilege was revoked. He was booked into the jail without further incident.

Above person was stopped for an unrelated traffic offense and found to have two warrants for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. The first charging Fail to Appear on the offenses felony possession of a controlled substance and concealing identity, the second charging fail to appear on the original charge of Criminal Trespassing. He was arrested and booked without further incident.

On Sunday, June 2, 2019 at approximately 6:50pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. At the scene contact was made with the suspect, who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Warrant was confirmed through dispatch and suspect was placed under arrest. The warrant was for failing to appear on the original charges of Unlawful Use of a License and Driving While License Suspended. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to 84/285 in reference to motor vehicle driving reckless. While en route the calling party reported the vehicle had struck several signs and orange barrels. The driver was found and showed signs of impairment. She was arrested and booked without further incident.

She was arrested and booked without further incident.
