On Thursday, July 11, 2019 at approximately 8:45pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a warrant service. Warrant for arrest was confirmed and contact was made with the suspect, who was placed under arrest. The arrest warrant was for failure to appear for a DWI. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, July 11, 2019 at approximately 3:04pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to criminal damage to a motor vehicle. Sometime during the night an unknown suspect(s) broke one of the windows and spray painted graffiti all over the car, causing more than $1000 in damage. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim: 79 Year old male
Location: 100 Block of Camino de los ranchos
On todays date I was dispatched to the above listed location in reference to a Burglary.Upon arrival contact was made with victim who stated he had caught the suspect in his house going through his fridge. Victim stated he told suspect to leave the residence immediately and Suspect became upset and left. Victim stated after the suspect left he observed his hand tools to be missing. Victim stated he knew Suspect but that the Suspect did not have permission to be inside his house. Deputies attempted to contact the suspect at his last known residence to no avail. Warrant was drafted and approved.

Security Officers were patrolling the listed area when the listed suspect began yelling he was going to kill them. Suspect chased the security officers in their vehicle while throwing rocks at them. Suspect was ultimately arrested for the charge of assault as well as several active arrest warrants.

Location: Agua Fria/ Caja del Oro Grant Road
Deputies observed a vehicle traveling without its headlamps on when required and attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle failed to stop when given audible and visual signals to do so. The driver then pulled into a residence and ran inside to avoid apprehension. Deputies apprehended and arrested the driver after a foot pursuit. Driver displayed signs of impairment when SFST's were administered. The driver submitted to a breath test the results of which were at or above a .16. He was booked.
