Arrested: Myron Burger, 52-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-5-18 Mr. Burger pushed a family member during an argument. He was placed under arrest accordingly.

Arrested: Larry Maestas, 47-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-5-18 the victim reported they were battered my Mr. Maestas on 11-2-18. Investigation revealed Mr. Maestas struck a family member in the face with a full beer can then proceeded to strike them in the head and face multiple times with closed fists. An arrest warrant was obtained for Mr. Maestas and he was placed under arrest.

On Sunday, November 4, 2018 at approximately 12:42pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was yelling and acting agressive. While at the location, suspect assaulted the victim and was placed under arrest. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Robert Sandoval, 34, Santa Fe, NM
On Sunday, November 4, 2018 at approximately 7:07pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a violation of a restraining order. Victim has a restraining order against the suspect and the order was in reference to domestic violence. Suspect admitted to making contact at the residence. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 100 Block of Paseo Galisteo
Victim stated he is currently in process of moving to Albuquerque and he has been living there for 2 months. He went to the residence on todays date. Victim said he realized the back door was open with forced entry to the residence. Victim stated that the Borla Exhuast System valued at $350.00 was taken from the living room. No other items were taken from the residence.

Stolen: M&P AR-15 rifle, red dot sight and flashlight. Total value of approximately $1,000
Sometime between October 29th and November 3rd someone forced entry into a Santa Fe City Police patrol unit and stole an M&P AR-15 rifle that belongs to the Santa Fe City Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.

On 11-3-18 a 15-year-old male battered his mother and assaulted his grandfather during an altercation at the residence. The 15-year-old was placed under arrested and housed at the Juvenile Detention Facility.

On Friday November 2, 2018 Deputies responded to a hit and run crash and located the suspect in the nearby area. The driver was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. Driver was arrested and booked.
0218018481-Unlawwful Taking-Burglary-11/02/18

On November 2, 2018 at approximately 1:42pm, deputies were dispatched to 20 Buffalo Thunder Trial the Buffalo Thunder Casino in reference a stolen vehicle report. Complainant advised the vehicle had been taken sometime between October 31, 2018 and today. Complainant advised vehicle was currently being tracked by GPS and it was near Belen NM. Belen PD was advised to respond to location of vehicle. Surveillance showed a male with keys to office enter and then come out a couple minutes later. Male proceeds to the Ford E-350 van, and drives it off the property. Belen PD was able to locate the vehicle with the suspect inside. It was learned suspect was an ex-employee who no longer had permission to enter office or permission to driver the Ford van. Belen PD placed suspect under arrest for possession of stolen vehicle. A warrant was completed for above charges and approved by DA and on-call judge.
