On above listed date, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a reckless driver. Upon making contact, the driver showed signs of being under the influence. SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. Blood warrant was drafted and approved. Inside the vehicle was the driver's 2 small child which were not properly seat belted. CYFD referral was completed. the children released to their grandmother. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked accordingly.

On Monday, June 10, 2019 at approximately 6:42pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle causing damage and removed keys, a driver's license, a red purse, a black wallet, an IPhone and some cash. Investigation is ongoing.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Failure to Signal
On Monday, June 10, 2019 at approximately 8:50pm, Deputy observed vehicle make multiple lane changes without using it's signal. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, the driver. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, June 10, 2019 while deputy was in the area, deputy ran the vehicle's license plate through N.C.I.C. which showed the registered owner to have a revoked driver's license. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, the suspect. Suspect was confirmed to have a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

A traffic stop was conducted on Peralta. Peralta was found to have a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on a DWI. Peralta was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe ADC without further incident.

Arrested: Manuel Perez Villalba 26 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was stopped for a speeding violation. Initial contact revealed the subject had a heavy scent of an alcoholic beverage. He submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Breath test revealed at .25 BrAC. He was arrested and booked into SFADC accordingly.
